Memco Inc. is expanding its operations worldwide and as part of this growth
a number of subsidiaries are being setup. Memcosoft LLC of Armenia is an
established subsidiary of Memco Inc. and it will help bring better quality
of service and product support to Eastern Europe and the Middle East. In
the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2011, our offices will be operational in the
EU, China and Russia.
